Minimum 1280 x 800 or higher

Windows Requirements

Browser: The latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, or any modern browser available for supported operating systems, including the latest mobile browsers.

Apple Mac Requirements

Browser: Latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari (including the mobile browser Safari iOS 8 or later)

Users who wish to view PDF documents must have an appropriate PDF viewer installed on their computer and as a browser plug-in.

Other Requirements

• The MO or their Mail Service Provider (MSP) must submit Mail.dat files to PostalOne!.

• The MO must have valid login credentials to the PostalOne! website.

  Window Book strongly recommends using a set of PostalOne! credentials specific for Window Book products to avoid possible conflicts and service disruptions if one set of PostalOne! credentials are being used simultaneously for different things.

• If a MO uses an MSP, the MSP must pay postage using a permit linked to the MO’s PostalOne! CRID.

• During the registration process, a MO will need the following information:

• The Company name should be the same as what appears on the MO’s postage statements on the PostalOne! Dashboard.

  • A recent Postage Statement Identification Number (PSID)

  • USPS supplied CRID

  • 5-Digit ZIP Code associated with the CRID

  • 4-Digit ZIP+4 associated with the CRID
