After Confirmation is Complete
After the confirmation is complete, two additional emails are sent to the registrant from ‘do-not-reply@windowbook.com’.
One of the emails contains a subject line that reads “PostalWeb Registration Information Summary.” This email provides all of the information entered during the registration process. This information should be kept in a safe place for the MSP’s records.
The other e-mail sent contains a subject that reads, “Your PostalWeb Account is Ready for Use.” In this e-mail will be a link that will take the registrant to their newly created PWN site.
The installation and configuration of PWC should occur before logging into the MSP’s newly created PostalWeb site for the first time. See Step 2 - Install PostalWeb Connector (PWC) for details.
When the registrant receives this email, the User Name and Password created and entered during the registration process are activated.
