Generating Statements & Releases

When generating postage statements or releases, you can automatically export the release; and if you are using the PWC, the release will immediately be uploaded to PostalOne!.

Before the February 2020 release of DAT-MAIL, which PostalOne! environment a file was sent to was based on the default environment the mailer set in DAT-MAIL’s Setup screen; specifically, the PostalOne! tab.

To override the environment, the mailer had to perform a manual export from the PostalOne! Release Mail screen.

When using job categories, the MDR Client environment DAT-MAIL will export the file is determined by the category assigned to the Mail.dat. Therefore, categories prevent a release file from going to the wrong MDR Client.
