EDocs Menu > CSR Statement Release

Role Access: CSR or ALL (determined by whether or not CSRs have been set up to release statements.

Clicking on CSR Statement Release will bring you to the list of statements. This feature allows you to send statements to the Mail Owners portal.

The CSR will only see statements for the Mail Owners assigned to them.
