Client-Server - Minimum (64 bit)

This configuration is the minimum for operating in a 64-bit environment with SQL Server, DAT-MAIL, DAT-MAIL Prep (DMP), AWAM, Scheduler, PostalWeb Connector (PWC), PostalWeb Desktop Dashboard (PWDD), and DAT-PreCheck (DPC) installed.

IMPORTANT (Please Read):

If you plan to import more than four files at a time via AWAM, you might have performance issues.

If you plan to merge many jobs at one time via AWAM or DAT-MAIL, you might have performance issues.

If you plan to upload more than four Mail.dat files at a time via PWC, you might have performance issues.

The piece count and the number of jobs run together determine system performance.

This setup would be for jobs that are under 3mm pieces:

2-Core CPU, 2.0 GHz or faster
16 GB+ memory
100 GB for applications
800 GB hard drive space for data

Depending on the number of jobs, size, and data retention policy, you may need more storage space.

Depending on the number of jobs and piece count, you may need to add more memory and CPU to the system.

Please keep in mind that you will need to perform ongoing maintenance to avoid degradation in service.
