DAT-MAIL^™- AWAM Setup

Purpose

This section aims to provide the steps for the activation, registration, and setup instructions for AWAM.

Getting Started

The activation of AWAM occurs within DAT-MAIL on the server or a stand-alone. Once activated, AWAM must be registered using an AWAM-specific registration code obtained from Window Book. Contact your local Window Book Client Services representative (refer to Contact Us) if you do not have a registration key.

Once AWAM is activated and registered, the Windows service must be installed before AWAM can be used. In addition, there will be some basic performance settings that should be adjusted to fit your operating environment.

AWAM cannot be activated, registered, or service installed within AWAM on a workstation (in a server-with-workstations environment installation type).
