MSP > Company Info - Updating Email Address
When a new PWN site is created, your Company's email address is the same email address entered during the registration process (refer to Step 1 - Site Registration - User Information for more information). However, suppose this person is not available for some reason, and no other user is assigned the role of Administrator. In that case, the Company will have limited access to PWN and could experience service disruptions. Therefore, it is recommended that, in certain situations, your Company's email address be changed to a different address, such as for a Company officer.
The user performing this function must be assigned an Administrator role in their PWN site.
To change the Company email address, perform the following:

From the MSP menu, select Company Info.

The MSP Information page will display. Enter a new email address in the Email field and click Done when finished in the MSP Information section.

A Success confirmation dialog will display. The new or updated email address is saved.
Navigating away from the MSP Information page without clicking Done will cancel any changes made.
