We do not have a file with a UPA or OCI. Instead of an image of the view, we will explain when the files are used.
UPA - Un-coded Parcel Address
This file documents parcel address information, but mailers typically use the Shipping Services file, and it would not be easy to produce this file after the fact.
OCI - Original Container ID
This file is for a copal job. It generates a report on PostalOne! when the copalletizer submits the copal job. The report shows the clerk that the Mail Owner submitted the original jobs for payment before sending them to the copalletizer. This file is unnecessary for the Mail Owner. The copalletizer generates it after all the jobs are combined into one mailing. The Mail Owner marks the CSM records to indicate they are participating in copal using the Include in Other Documentation field. Even when a mail preparer or mail owner is copalletizing mail internally, the OCI is not needed until the final copal job is created.
