Advanced Navigator - Reports > CSV Exports

Export folder and file name can be changed.

Export File Name combines the DAT-MAIL Job ID and abbreviates the report name.

Entry Point - Postage Savings: This export has the following columns - Facility Type, City, State, Entry Point Zip, Pieces, Pallet Count, Tray Count, Tray 1 Count, Tray 2 Count, Tray EMM Count, Tray EMM Count, Sack Count, Other Count, Gross Weight, Postage Savings, Freight Cost, and Net Savings.

Entry Point - Entry & Local Postage: This export includes City, State, Facility Type, Job ID, Pallet Count, Gross Weight, Copies, Tray Count, Postage Savings, Freight Cost, Entry Postage, Local Postage, and Net Savings.

Entry Point - Entry & Local Postage with 8125 ID: This export includes City, State, Facility Type, Job ID, Pallet Count, Gross Weight, Copies, Tray Count, Postage Savings, Freight Cost, Entry Postage, Local Postage, Net Savings, and 8125 ID. The 8125 ID will only populate for our Statement Generate users.

Entry Point - Entry & Local Postage by Segment ID: This export has the following columns - City, State, Facility Type, Job ID, Pallet Count, Gross Weight, Copies, Tray Count, Postage Savings, Freight Cost, Entry Postage, Local Postage, Net Savings, and Segment ID, subtotaled by Segment ID, and by Report Total.

Entry Point - 8125 ID w/ adjusted counts/wgts (weights): This export is only populated for our Statement Generate users. The export has the following columns - City, State, Facility Type, Job ID, Pallet Count, Gross Weight, Copies, Tray Count, Postage Savings, Freight Cost, Entry Postage, Local Postage, Net Savings, 8125 ID, Adjusted Pallets, Adjusted 1 ft Trays, Adjusted 2 ft Trays, Adjusted EMM Trays, Adjusted Sacks, Adjusted Other, and Adjusted Gross Weight.

Entry Point - No Postage: This export provides the City, State, Facility Type, Gross Weight, Pieces, and Pallet Count.

Entry Point - No Postage, w/ First/Last Container ID, No Segment: This export shows the first and last container going to an entry point. The columns provided are First Container, Last Container, Container Grouping ID, Entry Point, Facility Type, City, State, First Mother Pallet, Last Mother Pallet, Mail Weight, Gross Weight, Pieces, Copies, Pallet Count, Sacks Count, Tray1 Count, Tray 2 Count, EMM Tray Count, and Other Count.

Entry Point - No Postage, w/ First/Last Container ID, with Segment: This export shows the first and last container going to an entry point. The columns provided are First Container, Last Container, Container Grouping ID, Entry Point, Facility Type, City, State, Segment Description, First Mother Pallet, Last Mother Pallet, Mail Weight, Gross Weight, Pieces, Copies, Pallet Count, Sacks Count, Tray1 Count, Tray 2 Count, EMM Tray Count, and Other Count.

Entry Point - Trays & Sacks by Segment: This export has the following columns - City, State, Facility Type, Entry Point (zip), Container ID, Container Destination Zip, Pallet Count, Copies, Tray Count, and Sack Count.

Shipping Report - Final Plan Plus: This export includes the following columns - CoPal Indicator, Segment ID, Facility Type, Entry City, Entry State, Entry Point (zip), Mail Date (scheduled ship date), Drop Date (scheduled induction date), In-Home Date, Pieces, Pallet Count, Tray1 Count, Tray 2 Count, EMM Tray Count, Sack Count Other Count, Loose Count (loose containers), Net Weight, Gross Weight, Total Postage, Postage Savings, Freight Cost, Net Savings, Segment Description, Origin Postage, Job Number, Job Name, Destination Zip+4, Destination City, and Destination State.

Freight Plan Pallet Detail: This export includes the Pallet Intelligent Mail Barcode, Pallet Number, CoPal Indicator. Segment ID, AIS Site Key, Locale Key, eInduction (indicator), Facility Type, Entry City, Entry State, Entry Point, Carrier CRID, Trailer, Stop, Mail Date (scheduled ship date), Drop Date (scheduled induction date), In-Home Date, Pieces, Tray Count, Tray1 Count, Tray 2 Count, EMM Tray Count, Sack Count Other Count, Net Weight, Gross Weight, Total Postage, Postage Savings, Freight Cost, Net Savings, Segment Description, Origin Postage, Job ID, Job Number, Job Name, Destination Zip+4, Destination City, and Destination State.

Freight Plan Pallet Detail with Address: This export includes the Pallet Intelligent Mail Barcode, Pallet Number, CoPal Indicator. Pallet Production - By Segment: This export includes Segment ID, Segment Description, Pallet ID, Start Record #, Stop Record #, Start Tray #, Stop Tray #, Entry Point (zip), Facility Type, City, State, Mail Weight, Piece Count, Pallet Count, Sack Count, Tray1 Count, and Tray2 Count. There is a subtotal of Mail Weight, Piece Count, Pallet Count, Sack Count, Tray1 Count, and Tray2 Count for each segment.

Pallet Production - By Entry Point: This export includes Segment ID, Segment Description, Pallet ID, Start Record #, Stop Record #, Start Tray #, Stop Tray #, Entry Point (zip), Facility Type, City, State, Mail Weight, Piece Count, Pallet Count, Sack Count, Tray1 Count, and Tray2 Count. There is a subtotal of Mail Weight, Piece Count, Pallet Count, Sack Count, Tray1 Count, and Tray2 Count for each entry point.

Pallet Shipping - King: This export includes two text files with pallet and shipment information when King is selected as the carrier in Multi-Carrier Trailer Manifesting (MCTM).

Pallet Shipping - AA: This export includes Job ID, Licensed User Code, Licensed Users Job Number, Segment ID, MPU Name, MPU Class, MPU Processing Category, Number of Copies, Gross Weight, Net Weight, Entry Point (zip), IM Barcode, Unique Container ID, Display Container ID, Container Ship Date, Container Ship Time, Scheduled Induction Date, Scheduled Induction Time, Postage Statement Mailing Date, Postage Statement Mailing Time, Scheduled In-Home Date, Container Type, Container Level, CSM Handling Unit Count, Entry Point Delivery Locale Key, Is Sibling (Y, if there are siblings), Sibling Parent, Final Delivery Locale Key, Entry Point Delivery Zip+4, Zip+4 for Destination Zip, eInduction Indicator, and Accept Misshipped (indicator).

Carrier Route Totals by Lot and Entry Point: This export includes Lot, City, State, Entry Point (zip), Copies, Total Postage, Average Cost Per Piece, Carrier Route Totals, and Percentage Carrier Route.

Mailing Summary by State: This export has the following columns - Mail ID (Job Name), Date, State, Piece Weight, Pieces, and Total Weight.

Container Summary by Scheduler ID: This export includes the Job ID, Container ID, Display Container ID, Entry Point Delivery Locale Key, Facility Name, Number of Copies, Number of Pieces, Net Weight, Unique Container ID, FAST Content ID, FAST Scheduler ID, IM Barcode, Container Type, Parent Container ID, Container Ship Date, Container Ship Time, Scheduled Induction Date, Scheduled Induction Time, and Is a Sibling (Y, if there are siblings).

5-Digit ZIP Codes with piece count: This export consists of two columns Zip Code and Piece Count.

Postage Audit (by Piece): This export includes the Piece Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMb) and Piece Rate. It does not include column headings.
