Reports > Multi-Job Postage Data Feed

Here are the fields provided in the exported CSV: Job Number, Job Name, Mailing Date, Release Date, Release Number, Statement Number, Original Postage, Original Pieces, Mailed Postage, Mailed Pieces, Remaining Postage, Remaining Pieces, Permit Number, Spoilage Pieces, P1 Status, HDR User Option Field, and Spoilage Postage. An example is shown at the bottom of the page.

This report is generated by start date, end date, and job category. The date to enter is the Postage Statement Mailing Date. The date will default to today's date.

• Go to Reports > Multi-Job Postage Data Feed.

  

• If not today's date, enter the date or dates needed. If using job categories, select the Category from the drop-down list. The default is All Categories. In the example below, we select the Category: DEMO/TEM.

  

• It will have a Pre-Processing Jobs screen to search for jobs fitting the criteria selected.

  

• The Multi-Job Postage Data Feed window will appear. It shows the file’s location and if it finished successfully. After reviewing the screen, click Close.

  If there are any errors, see the log stored in the same folder.
