Cancel Job

You can cancel the job after you have canceled any statements submitted to PostalOne!. Or, if you only sent the Original release (Qualification Report), you can cancel the job.

1. In the Advanced Navigator, click PostalOne! Releases in the horizontal panel.

2. The PostalOne! Release Mail window will display. Click Cancel Job.

   

3. The Cancel Job Request prompt will appear; click Yes to continue.

   

4. The Exported dialog will display. Click OK.

   

5. You will see a message "This job has been cancelled." After the P1 Release Status changes to Delete, the job is no longer on the PostalOne! Dashboard.

   

6. If you plan to modify and resend this same Mail.dat file (job) to PostalOne! vs. importing a new Mail.dat, please see Reset All.
