Security > Manage Security
To activate the Security feature, perform the following:

From the main menu DAT-MAIL, select Security > Manage Security.

A Security Warning will display. Click Yes to continue.

The Security Log On screen will display. Enter the default admin credentials provided by Professional or Client Services. Click OK.
The Login ID will always be ADMIN for the Administrator.
The Security Log On screen will close, and you will be returned to the main DAT-MAIL screen.
Alternatively, selecting Security > Manage Security options again allows the Client to de-activate Security. Only the members of the Administrator Group members will see and use this option.
Once the Security feature is enabled, the Security menu options display. The functions enabled are Groups, Users, External Systems, and External Users.
We will not be covering External Systems or External Users.
