Role Access: Company Location Manager

Clicking the API Credentials option from the Location menu displays the Manage API Credentials page (Company Location Managers only). The Manage API Credentials screen allows users to view their assigned API Credentials. API credentials are used for provisioning an MSP's PostalWeb site location with other Window Book applications, such as PostalWeb Connector and DAT-PreCheck. Provisioning allows communication between PostalWeb, the other Window Book software application(s), and PostalOne!.

Display the API Key by clicking Show API Key.

PostalWeb’s API credential information is highly sensitive. Therefore, care should be taken when copying and pasting the API credentials from PostalWeb to other Window Book software applications.

Never click the Generate New API Credentials button unless requested to do so by Window Book’s Professional Services!
