You've heard about the USPS program called Seamless Acceptance, and that the mandatory participation deadlines are coming up, but now there is the added advantage of a financial incentive for participation. Yes, the USPS is giving an incentive to Mail Service Providers for Seamless Acceptance mailings for 2021. Seamless Acceptance is designed to help streamline and automate acceptance, verification, payment and induction of business mailings performed during postal processing of the mail. There are great benefits for mailers, most important the ability to control the mailing date without regard to availability of postal acceptance staff. And now there is the added financial incentive from the USPS.
