Ports for Web Traffic
If ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS) are not open, Window Book products will have difficulty running successfully. Port 443 (HTTPS) is essential across all Window Book systems.
What are the IP addresses for the above servers? Our firewall requires IP addresses and cannot use named endpoints.
Unfortunately, the nature of Amazon Web Services (AWS) does not allow for this. IP addresses change regularly, and the list is quite long. It would create a severe maintenance headache for you if Window Book could provide such a list.

The URLs below need access to the Internet for emails and communications that DAT-MAIL sends for events and errors: as well as TDM LTL price quotes, PMOD price look-ups and label purchases, and postage statement data retrieval.
