Data Exchange - Export
In the Data Exchange screen, clicking Export launches a wizard that provides users the ability to export package or shipment data out of Enterprise Shipper (ES) through a series of steps/screens. This function helps provide data to accounting and CRM systems that can import the files.
Users can export data as a CSV file. Available delimiters are Comma, Tab, Pipe, and Semi-colon. Or export the data as a flat file. Then users select a location to export the data and enter a file name.
The exported data can be limited using a filtered value applied to a selected field the user specifies. In addition, the user selects the fields to include and in what order those fields should appear.
Before exporting the data, users can save the export settings in a template for future use.
