Group Change

There may be situations where you do not know the final weight or ship date for a group of packages. The Group Change option allows you to change weight and ship date if packages labels are not purchased.

You can only perform a group change on packages in blue (Price Calculate) or gray (New Package).

• Filter on either New Package or Price Calculated.

• Mark the packages that need a change and then click Group Change.

Once you select either of these filters, you can use Mark in Scan/Search and Shipping Date as additional filters.



• A New Shipping Date and/or weight prompt will display; if applicable, you can deselect any checkboxes. Once you have made your changes, click OK.

  

  If you have a scale set up, you can use it to change the weight.

• A Process finished dialog will display confirming the number of packages and the changes made.
