Available Notifications and Reports

When you added recipients (Add A Recipient), you choose what notifications or reports they receive. This section provides detailed information for each notification or report available in the Notification feature of the PWC and how to send test notifications for each to ensure communication exists between the PWC and each recipient.

If unsure whether your users would like a particular notification or report, you can send test notifications emails and let them choose what they need. And it is easy to change what each user receives by checking or unchecking the notification or report in the Is Subscribed To section of the Main Recipients list. However, to change the frequency of notification or report, you need to edit individually, which is shown below. First, there will be an example of what will be received, then after the example, will be information on how to modify each notification or report.

  2. If the access issue is not resolved, a second notification is sent explaining that the PWC has de-activated the MDR Client to avoid a PostalOne! lockout due to too many access attempts, and what needs to be done to resolve the issue.

  3. In addition, when access to PostalOne! has been restored, an email will be sent notifying the recipient of the event and providing instruction and information on what actions the mailer might need to perform to continue normal operations.
