Create Package
Clicking Create Package on the left vertical menu displays the Create Package screen. Users can create new packages manually, or by search for specific package data from prior shipments or a source accessible via an ODBC connection. The Create Package screen is also accessed from the Packages screen, Create New Package.
There are multiple ways to create a new package:

Manually enter package information in the Create Package screen. An intuitive user interface makes data entry fast and easy. See Create Package - Overview of Screen for details.

Use an ODBC Data Source. The ODBC Connect feature lets users query databases on their network in real-time from the Create Package screen by entering the Order No, Reference No, and Invoice No, displaying the details when there is a match. Purchasing and printing a package label is then done from this same screen. See Create Packages from ODBC Data Source for more information.

Import Function. This method uses the Import Wizard. If the information is complete, including the service type, weight, and package dimensions, labels can be purchased automatically upon import. See Data Exchange for more information.
Feedback from our Clients is that they like to use the import wizard to put packages on hold, so they are ready to purchase and print labels on-demand.
