Void Labels

Things to know about voiding labels and refunds:

Refund will not occur until after 14 days of voiding a label.
If you use your e-VS account, voided labels will never manifest, but you will be charged back for them as undocumented packages if they mail.
Selecting packages where labels have not been purchased and voiding them is the equivalent of deleting the package from the system. Refer to Deleting Packages for more information.
If you create a pickup and void a package label, ES removes the voided package from the pickup. However, if the voided package is the only package in the pickup, the pickup automatically cancels.

To void previously purchased labels, mark the packages in the Packages screen and click Void Labels.

A Confirm dialog will display. Click OK to close the dialog and continue with the void process.

A Process finished dialog will display confirming the number of voided labels. Click OK to close the dialog.
