Deleting Packages

Packages with purchased labels cannot be deleted.

There is no delete function in Enterprise Shipper (ES); however, voiding packages is the equivalent of deleting them.

When deleting packages, they will no longer be accessible in ES. They will not display in the Packages screen with a status of ‘Voided.’ Only packages with voided purchased labels will display in the Packages screen.

The procedure to delete packages without purchased labels is identical to voiding labels. Refer to Void Labels for instructions.
