Settings > Optional Settings > Box Lookup

Clicking Box Lookup in Optional Settings, launches the Box Lookup window. Existing boxes (if any) will display in the list. Users can add new barcodes and delete existing barcodes from this window. Users can create barcodes that identify specific box types available for shipping. Boxes can be actual boxes or different kinds of envelopes.

Add box barcodes, so users can easily search for and select a barcode and have dimensional information auto-populate required fields during the package creation process.

To add a new barcode, click Add.

The information needed to define a box is Bar Code, Length, Width, Height, Non Rectangle (for example, a round container or packaging that conforms to the item's size enclosed), and Description.

Barcodes must be unique.

If an issue exists with a barcode, a message will display. Here are a couple of examples.

Once barcodes are created, they can be searched/selected when creating a new package.

You can highlight a box and click Edit to modify or click Delete to remove.
