PostalWeb (PWN) Screen Detail

Clicking PostalWeb displays the PostalWeb screen. This screen comprises three sections: MailOwner Sync data process settings; Provisioning (for PostalWeb); and Statement Delivery setup (shown as PDF Statement and XML Statement icons).

PostalOne!® Credentials

These instructions refer to updating the PostalOne! credentials used to provision a Client’s PostalWeb site in the PWC – ONLY. They are not intended for updating the PostalOne! credentials used with an MDR Client configuration. If the PostalOne! credentials used with an MDR Client configuration require updating; see Updating PostalOne! Credentials.

Updating Credentials

To update or change PostalOne! credentials used to provision your PWN site in PWC, perform the following:

  1. Stop the PWC Service.

  2. Click PostalWeb on the left menu pane.

  3. The PostalWeb screen will display in the PostalOne! Credentials section, click Edit.

  4. The screen will update to reveal editable User Name, Password, and Confirm Password fields at the bottom. Next, update the necessary PostalOne! login information. Click Save when finished.

    Make sure to click Save after updating the PostalOne! credentials! Navigating away from the PostalWeb screen without clicking Save will result in the loss of any changes or updates made to the PostalOne! credentials.

    If the following error message occurs when attempting to save the new credentials, this means the account is not active in PWN due to too many attempts at using an incorrect password . If this occurs, refer to Home Screen Setup - Creating an MDR Client Site Configuration.

  5. When the updated PostalOne! credentials have been saved successfully, start the PWC service.
