Advanced Navigator - Other Views

You can choose up to four of the five views in the floating tab Other Views.

Entry View: This view allows you to see a list of entry points, then expand the node to see the entry point's loose containers, mother pallets or pallets, and trays/sacks. In this view, entry points can be changed. Also, the Actual Container Ship Date, which is called Est. Mail Date. It includes the In-Home Del. Date and Delivery Window. And it has the Est. Drop Date, which is the Scheduled Induction Start Date field. Planalyzer and Quick Plan can be run.

Mail Schedule View: This view allows you to export a file for Pro-Mail 4, postage exported to XML, and an Open & Distribute Export. It also is another location to change container dates, USPS Pickup, and Reservation Numbers. And quickly access the FAST Appointment window for the highlighted entry point.

Manifest View: If you have not already generated a floating batch manifest, that will be the first thing that will occur when you click Manifest View. This view breaks each mother pallet by tray or sack and within a tray by the pieces' 3 or 5 digit barcode with the piece range. It also includes the rate levels like the Qualification Report. Since the example is a standard mail automation letter, you will see that it has columns 5B for 5-Digit Barcode, AB for AADC Barcode, MB for Mixed AADC barcode, and MD for Mixed AADC Nonautomation.

Qualification View: This view allows you to highlight and change entry points and dates. However, it is really for drilling into mail where the USPS tells you there is an issue. We will focus on all the ways you can see a pallet, tray, or sack and different levels of detail. Also, how you create, save, and run queries to help you find what you need.

Transportation View: You can launch Quick Plan or Planalyzer to freight plan. You can change mailing dates and entry points. If you have the PMOD module, you can create PMOD shipments for all classes except First Class. You can also access Truck Direct Mail (TDM) to ship pallets LTL.
